This policy explains how Diveglow LLC collects and uses information submitted through this website, including consultation requests and program applications.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, country or region, school, program interests, preferred dates and contact details including WhatsApp or WeChat. Formal application forms may also request date of birth and other information needed to review the application.

We do not request passport files or sensitive identity documents through the current website.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to questions, review applications, coordinate program conversations, send receipt confirmations, maintain operational records and improve our services. Submitting an application does not mean that a participant has been admitted, accepted or placed.

How information is handled

Website submissions are processed by service providers that support database storage, hosting and transactional email. Access is limited to people and providers who need the information for those purposes. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

We retain inquiry and application information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the program, meet legal obligations and maintain appropriate records. You may ask to access, correct or delete information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

International users

HowTo Cross works across countries. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations used by our service providers. By submitting information, you understand that privacy rules may differ from those in your home jurisdiction.
